PLEASE NOTE:

SIGNED WAIVERS ARE REQUIRED FOR CHILDREN TO ENTER THE GYM EQUIPMENT AREA AND PARTICIPATE IN CLASS.

WAIVERS NEED TO BE SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PRIMARY INSURANCE COVERAGE.

ALL ADULTS PARTICIPATING IN TINY TOTS and TUMBLE TOTS CLASSES MUST ALSO BE LISTED ON APPLICABLE WAIVERS.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES.

ANNUAL WAIVER

Click the CURRENT WAIVER button below, print and return this to us. This is required for your child to participate. Waiver is valid Sept.1, 2023 - Aug. 31, 2024. These annual dates are always our "program year".

CLASS SCHEDULE & FORMS

Classes, days and times may be modified if necessary for class counts
or to better allocated gym space (we are a busy place!) Please call the gym
to confirm the class you prefer is still available and has openings
(see fine print below).

Class schedules may or may not be 100% accurate. Please call the gym to confirm days and times. Flipstar Gymnastics Center reserves the right to add, drop, change and/or modify classes from advertised schedules at any time. All classes require at least three enrolled children to run for the term. Spots are first-paid, first-spots-served. At select times, current members (VIP's) may have the chance to enroll their children before we open enrollment to the public.
