PRESCHOOL KIDS: AGES 18 MONTHS to 3-1/2YRS
These classes start by introducing the child to games and skill drills that are developmentally appropriate. These exercises will be practiced each class hour with the goal of mastery continuing through all levels of the sport. 

CHILDREN'S CLASSES FOR AGES 4 to 9
This series begins with introductory classes for children who have no experience in the gym, and for those who have experience and need to continue practicing mastery of the foundational skills. Classes focus on proper form and increased skill achievement and endurance. 

CHILDREN AGES 10 & UP
Designed for older kids with beginning and intermediate skills, this class helps gymnasts achieve mastery of the foundational gymnastic skills. Classes run 55 to 85 minutes since these kids are older.

FOR KIDS

Flipstar Gymnastics Center is a member of the United States Association of Gymnastics, a trade association for gymnastics school operators. USAG sets high standards and strict requirements for member clubs, which insures safety in the gym and quality instruction.

We use lesson plans and follow directions from our head coach, Aimee Goff, who is a former teacher with 13 years teaching experience and 26 years gymnastics coaching experience.

Our coaches are background checked and have a passion for the sport of gymnastics. We represent over 100 years of coaching experience when put together! We look forward to serving the families and children in the Ludington community for many years to come.
